About Us
The
Animation industry in India, is on a high, and is guaranteed to become
the next big job creator in our country. Also, Animators &
Designers are in great demand all over the world. As per various
industry sources, it is estimated that over 1,50,000 animators are
required immediately in India, and this requirement will only grow with
time. To address this requirement we have set up "Digikore College of
Animation and Design" which offers various courses in Animation,
Multimedia and Graphics.
DCAD is a part of the Rs. 250 crore Growel Group and a division of
Digikore Studios Limited. Digikore Studios Limited produces 2D & 3D
Animated TV Series and Theatrical Features with International
Producers. Digikore Studios, rated as one of the fastest upcoming
Animation Studios in India, has been in the Animation Industry for over
seven years & has worked with various producers in the US, Germany,
Belgium, France, South Korea and New Zealand. We bring our vast
experience and domain knowledge into our training programmes.
Keeping in mind industry requirements, we have developed specialized
job-oriented programs that focus more on basics and principles of
Animation & design, rather than the tools themselves. Students
undergo exhaustive studies in Basis of Animation, Basics of Design,
Live Drawing and Film Making. Lectures on Film Making are conducted by
Industry Professionals from the Indian Film Industry. Clay Animation
workshops are also a part of our Animation Programs.
