Placements
I.Placements
IIJT has a dedicated placement organization who works in tandem with TeamLease to generate open positions on a daily basis. The IIJT placement team reaches out locally to Employers across segments to get jobs / internship opportunities for our students. TeamLease works at a National level to find people for their 1200+ clients. Between the two, you will have a excellent opportunity to get place in good companies.
The Placement process
Registration for Placement
Once students complete the course, we register them for placement on CLCS the proprietary software developed by TeamLease.
Once students are registered for placements, they will be contacted regarding the job opportunities, through emails, SMS or phone call
Rules and Regulations
There are some rules and regulations that the student must comply with.
A student once placed, will not be offered any more opportunities by the IIJT placement department, however they may approach TeamLease directly.
In case a student does not turn up for an interview, without giving a valid reason, prior to the interview, then IIJT placement department may cancel, his / her placement registration
Preparing students for the Interviews
The placement department will conduct mock interviews, presentations and role plays to give students interview experience
VSAT Pre Placement Seminars are conducted at regular intervals. These seminars will cover topics that will of immense help to students during their interviews.
