Introduction
Education must provide tools that help students to constantly enquire, explore, discover new ways of thinking, critically analyzing, creatively conceptualizing. The idea behind FLAME is to help students free themselves from the traditional ways of looking at things and instead to constantly question and challenge themselves, society and the world at large. FLAME’s liberal education anchor endeavors to provide tools that help students to constantly explore new ways of thinking, analyzing and conceptualizing. FLAME’s teaching is based on the principle: "Learning is the beginning of a journey with no end." – anchored in the Guru-Shishya ethos.
The ultimate aim of Liberal Education, therefore, is to empower students to simultaneously question the status quo while being at peace with themselves and their environment.
About Us
The pedagogical structure comprising the FLAME School of Liberal Education, FLAME School of Business, FLAME School of Communication and FLAME School of Performing Arts emerged after substantial discussions with distinguished intellectuals, scholars, philosophers and educationalists.

FLAME will ensure that, in addition to formal knowledge in their chosen subject, students will also be grounded in values and ethics, will have perspective and context, will be culturally and socially aware, will have excellent communication skills. . . all that is needed to ‘make a difference’.

We strive to facilitate students in finding recruiters that fit their skill set. We help students define their career goals and try to fulfill their ambitions by providing them with the best available employment resources. Tools such as resume and interviewing workshops, career fairs, career counseling, and presentations are used extensively.
Given organizations today have to work in distinct natural environments, divergent ideologies, diverse cultural backgrounds, incompatible economic atmospheres, and uncertain opportunity situations, we aid recruiters in finding the right fit for their organization. We create, keep and enhance relationship with recruiters by engaging them in FLAME's multi-disciplinary approach while educating students about the current trends in domestic and international employment.
Working in collaboration with the Office of Alumni Relations, FLAME's Career Services Centre strengthens relationships with the alumni and past recruiters. The Centre gives all students equal opportunity to meet their aspirations and goals.
